Database of Ethics Complaints & Dispositions

We are in the process of compiling a database of Attorney ethics complaints and Judge ethics complaints, from submissions from members of the public, along with final dispositions on how those complaints were handled (or mishandled). This will allow the public to search for patterns of abuse committed by attorneys and judges, and allow for public oversight of these programs and processes.

We are looking for submissions from the public, so that we can start adding those documents to our database (which will be free and open to the public, and searchable).

If you have filed a complaint with either the attorney ethics boards or judicial board of ethics for your state, and would be willing to allow us to publish your complaint and disposition (if applicable), please contact us and give us some information on what you have filed and your case, what the final outcome was etc. We will then reach out to you, to retrieve your documents (note: *please redact any personal information you do not want to be published), and once we have finished organizing the database we will then publish it for everyone, to review and use.

This sharing of public information is very important, as in at least our state of Minnesota, the ethics boards purge complaints after 3 years, and all complaints while active are still hidden from the public, shielding corrupt attorneys and judges from every being exposed.

However, by offering a public database we can ensure this information becomes and remains public, so as to find patterns of abuse and expose the corruption that is currently being hidden by the system.
